Peony Hosting Water Drops

This pink/magenta peony was blossoming after a heavy rain night (hence the water drops) in the village of Plopeni, Romania. The soft green surroundings create a very nice color contrast with the main subject. Since it just stopped raining there were still some clouds to provide a nice diffused light. Although I was having a hell of a time getting a sharp image. The wind was going wild and I had forgotten my tripod plate. The peony was dacing like crazy. Lucky for me I was using my Fujifilm 80mm F2.8 Macro which has OIS. That helped with the 1/10 second exposure, but I had no fix for the wind issue. After some trials and error the wind finally settled down for a few seconds so I took the shot.
