Rose On Pastels

Warm Pastels. Intese red rose on a forground of pastel colors.
I love this photo because of the intense backlit reds. There are probably millions of photos with roses, but I believe the soft (yet rich) pastel colors complement the intense reds perfectly. The deep greens of the leaves are in perfect harmony with the reds, but don’t distract from it. The photo was taken in the Bucharest Botanical Gardens, year 2018.
