Smiling for Voigtlander

Yep, she’s smiling for my new Voigtlander 58mm F1.4 lens. I had just bought it and wanted to do some test shots, but I didn’t have a subject. So I called “The Blonde”, yes, that’s how friends call her and she doesn’t mind. As you can see, the lens is wonderful. Great colors, great bokeh and superb subject separation. It was the first time doing photos with a model. I think it was a lot easier for me than it was for her. It’s not always easy to smile on command and maintain the smile while the photographer tries to nail the manual zoom. But it was very fun for both of us.
